  Lyndsey greeted us when we entered the store and then helped us to “Sleepmatch” in order to find a mattress to suit us. Lyndsey was very friendly, helpful and informative and at no time was pushing us to buy. She also helped us to choose pillows. When we had decided to buy we were offered a drink. All in all Lyndsey was professional and a breath of fresh air compared to some hard hitting salespeople we have met in the past!

  Well looked after - not pressured - given time to look around and then staff available to assist when needed. Very quick delivery!

  Had a guy in here called Gary who came from Chester as this branch was short staffed, and I must say, Gary was genuinely amazing. He was so informative with the beds. He made me feel like I had all the time in the world to test the beds out and was just a straight up class act. Settled on a bed and frame with some pillows after about 2 hours. Graham the manager was also a massive help too. I would say, if you're in Liverpool and wanted to go to a dreams, you can't go wrong coming to this one. I wish Gary was permanent here though, so just ask for Graham as he was so helpful too and he's also the top dog who runs the branch.

  The store representative was exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, and personable throughout the entire experience. Their recommendations demonstrated excellent value for money, and at no point did I feel pressured into making a purchase. Instead, I felt genuinely guided towards the best options for my needs, with customer care clearly being the priority. I particularly appreciated the patience and attention given to me while making a high-value purchase, as I never once felt rushed or overlooked. The level of service I received was outstanding and made the entire experience both comfortable and reassuring. Thank you.

  We were looking to buy a mattress. We found there were a wide variety of mattresses available at different price ranges. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about their products and we didn't feel under pressure to buy. We were greeted by Lyndsey who offered us the Sleep Match Challenge to help us decide the best one for us and we looked around the shop. We were offered drinks and told any questions just ask. We had looked on line and had idea what we wanted. Simon was very helpful when we couldn't find the one we had seen and were even happier once trying the mattress that there was a flash sale, that day, and the one we chose was reduced that day! When paying for it we were told how to take care of mattress and there was a 100 day buy back promise. Delivery was made which was convenient for us and we were messaged day before of 2 hour time slot for delivery. Mattress was delivered when said and we are now enjoying a great night's sleep!💤 Thank you to Lyndsey and Simon.
