We looked at several beds at Dreams, North Quay retail park trying to make a decision and asked so many questions and tried out so many beds, I was amazed at the patience of the two lads running the store. Best of all was their 'no hard sell' approach. They were on hand to answer any questions in a friendly and direct way. None of this pushy, in your face, glib sales talk which would have had us marching straight out of the door. Undecided we went home and then back the next day for another look, having by now agreed on an ottoman bed. We had also decided on a different sized bed. Again, the same polite and friendly service. We ended up making our purchase and would definitely recommend this store to anybody contemplating purchasing a new bed. The lads were great. Friendly and cheerful, they made us feel valued as customers. Dreams are lucky to have them.
