- NMNicola MoeOct 5, 20265.0Amazing customer service from Matt. Listened to our preferences on a mattress and didnt force us to try/buy something we weren't interested in. Really friendly and kind, we even got a cup of tea while sorting out payment. 0% APR for 30 months is an amazing offer.

- EJElliot JohnsJul 1, 20265.0I had an amazing visit at dreams. I had been having consistent sleep and back issues with many different mattresses so I came here to find what actually works for me. Niamh helped me choose the right mattress for me with the use of the sleep match machine and her bed expertise. I did not feel pressured into buying anything and I felt at ease the whole time I was in there. After a week with my new mattress my nights are peaceful and painless. I highly recommend coming here to find your bed and mattress!
Frequently Asked Questions About Dreams Bury St Edmunds
I need a new mattress but I don't know where to start?
We spend roughly one third of our lives asleep, so it's essential to find the perfect one. Our website has some handy guides to explain all the different types of mattress, but if you would rather hear this face to face from one of our sleep experts in-store then pop along. While you are there, try out Sleepmatch. It's a smart bit of tech that chooses the right mattress just for you and the way you sleep. It only takes 3 minutes and its only available at Dreams
Can I apply for finance in your store?
Yes Dreams offer an in-store interest free credit option through a select group of finance companies. All we ask for is the value of your order to be £500 or more. Our Sleep Experts in-store can walk you through the application. You will be required to pay 20% of your order as a deposit, after a successful application.
I have already ordered but I should have also asked you to take away my old bed and mattress, is this possible?
It certainly is. Contact us at least 72 hours prior to delivery and we can add recycling to your order. It is fast, convenient and environmentally friendly. We disassemble and utilise every single part possible and all other waste is turned into green energy.
