  All started well with very efficient and professional conversations with Sarah and I quickly reserved a storage space at the time of purchasing a small business. However it quickly became apparent that the lift was not working and, 10 weeks later when I vacated the unit, it was still not functioning. I was told that there would be porters there to assist with taking things to and from the 2nd floor where my unit was located. Although they did help at times, there were numerous other occasions when they were busy with other customers making it incredibly challenging for me to collect the items I needed. Ultimately the cost for the service available became the deciding factor in me taking my custom elsewhere and I would be guarded about returning in the future.

  ​We were in a huge pinch and showed up just 15 minutes before closing, fully expecting to be turned away or told to come back the next day. Instead, the staff welcomed us in without hesitation, handled everything with complete professionalism, and got us set up with a storage unit right on the spot. ​They walked us through the process smoothly and never made us feel rushed for a single second. Finding customer service this patient, efficient, and genuinely helpful is rare these days. They completely saved our day—10/10 highly recommend!

  A really easy check in to enter the storage space the office staff were excellent, the porter staff that help me load the unit again were 5 star very well managed business making a stressful house move a little easier thankyou Safe store Wednesbury
