She was very very helpful and knowlegeable and did everything she could in her power to ensure we got the right bed and mattress to suit our ways top class service. She was so helpful and understanding and her customer service is incredible. After having our delivery Friday we had to go back to store for a few snagging issues as to which we where greeted by the same lady, she dealt with the whole of our minor issues and took full control of everything to get the issues sorted. All of the team where great and pleasant but a big shout our to Usha its a big thank you from 2 happy people .. thank you!! Stu&Katie
