  Been waiting for delivery of bed since July 29 still waiting Now told it will be 10 October delivery. Disgraceful service l won’t be going back nor like nightmare than dreams.

  Visited the store and eventually bought my bed online from the Dreams website. The in-store experience was really nice.... Nicky was incredibly helpful and not at all pushy. The advice and information given was all useful and ultimately led to me making a purchase; albeit through their website. *Edit 24-9-26 Bed was delivered on time, by friendly and helpful drivers. I put it together myself and couldn't be happier.

  Excellent huge display of a massive range of beds of all kinds, showcasing very comfortable beds that you can try lying down on. The staff are very attentive and so friendly and helpful. I was there with my Ma, and we were treated to a hot drink and a cake. I'm going to keep recommending this store to friends and family and when I need a new bed,this'll be the first choice for me.

  I would like to express my sincere thanks to Andy at the Dreams Oldbury branch, for his kindness, patience, and outstanding customer service. We ordered our bed seven days before a special bank holiday event, 7 days later we popped back into Dreams to ask whether the event price could be applied to our order. We were initially advised by Usha to contact customer services ourselves the next day, even though the offer was due to end at midnight that day. I reminded Usha the deal would end at midnight, therefor customer services wouldn't be able to help us, Usha, who was unsure how to process the price match then asked Andy for assistance. Unfortunately she has no idea, on this part of her job, I was disappointed by the way Usha spoke to Andy, her manner appeared rude and dismissive, despite Andy simply trying to help us. Andy remained calm & professional throughout. He explained that the price adjustment could be processed on the computer and then took the time to complete it for us himself. Thanks to Andy’s assistance, he saved us an incredible £250, for which we are extremely grateful. Andy was exceptionally kind, patient, and helpful, he went out of his way to ensure that we did not miss out on the offer and never made us feel that we were causing any inconvenience. Andy is a great asset to Dreams and deserves recognition for the way he treated us, following our initial experience, we could easily have left feeling very disappointed, and I was considering cancelling our order, however, Andy completely turned the situation around and ensured that we received the support we needed. Having someone like Andy working for Dreams on a daily basis can only benefit the business. His professionalism and commitment to customer service are exemplary. Thank you, Andy, for everything you did for us. We truly appreciate your help. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
