  I needed a couple of wardrobe boxes at less than 24 hours' notice. David was very polite and helpful on the phone when I rang to ask if they had any at the store. He put two aside for me, and helped me get them out to my car when I collected them. That's what I call service!

  We had a great experience with David. He was extremely helpful throughout the whole process and took the time to answer all of our questions. As we weren’t sure which storage size would be best for us, David showed us the different options available and explained everything clearly. He was friendly, patient and professional, and made the sign-up process quick and completely stress-free. Excellent customer service from start to finish! Would definitely recommend. Thanks again, David, for all your help! 😊

  The staff were very approachable, friendly and very helpful. They supported me with a package that I was dropping off as they also take delivery and are a drop off site for DHL. Nothing was too much for these lovely gentlemen and there help was very much appreciated. Thank you. Sc

  It’s always an amazing experience whenever I come in. I’d especially like to give a shout-out to Dan and David, who are always so willing to help me. There have even been times when they’ve technically finished for the day, but they still take the time to lend me a helping hand. I really appreciate the exceptional customer service and kindness I receive every time I come in. Thank you, Dan and David, for always going the extra mile and making me feel so valued!

  I’ve always had a really positive experience with Safestore Reading. The whole team are consistently friendly, professional and approachable, and they genuinely seem happy to help whenever you need anything. I especially want to recognise David, who recently went well above and beyond for me. I was feeling quite ill and weak while moving some items from my lock-up into my van, and without hesitation David stepped in and helped me get everything loaded. He absolutely didn’t have to do that, but his kindness and willingness to help made a huge difference to me that day. It’s that level of customer service that really stands out. Nothing ever feels like too much trouble, and you’re always treated with respect and a friendly attitude. A massive thank you to David and the rest of the team at Safestore Reading. Excellent customer service and a genuinely great team — highly recommended!
