- RSrosy shrestha6 days ago1.0We had a really good experience with Jeff @Botley store choosing our bed and mattress recently.Jeff was very kind and helped us choosing our order but unfortunately the order wasnot delivered on the day it was meant to be.Jeff did our order in 2 different slots as 1 of our item was not in stock which we were happy about.we planned to assemble the beds ourself so we booked time off work too and top of that we booked collection for old ones with council,we dismantled all our beds 2 days before our delivery date.the night before the delivery date receive an email sayng ur delivery is not until october😡Why was the system not updated if it was the case,now i have wasted all my time and if i knew this would make me wait until october i would have ordered from others. And now trying to call customer care,they put u on hold and cutoff the line ,tried doing live chat nothing happens ,dont get any response even after i put all my details.and to be precise i have been doing this for 3 days now. I would not expect this kind of service from a renowned company like Dreams.think its time to review your service.not happy at all.

I said I was looking for a firm mattress that is not sprung, one of the staff just lazily pointed at the coloured sheets and said blue are memory foam barely even looking at me. The only positive of this shop that you can actually physically try a mattress, which I did, alone, for about 15 mins. Don’t expect any help!

It certainly is. Contact us at least 72 hours prior to delivery and we can add recycling to your order. It is fast, convenient and environmentally friendly. We disassemble and utilise every single part possible and all other waste is turned into green energy.
