  Staff attitude beyond disappointing for customer facing employees. Lack of interest, dismissive, the man lying full across the products relaxing and looking like he’d prefer a nap then help a customer. And seemed rather disgusted by us. The women slightly better but not by much. We came to buy beds for the entire house, we left running from how badly we were treated by the two staff on duty. Definitely enters into the top 5 worst customer service interactions ever experienced.

  Very disappointed with my experience with Dreams. I ordered two bed frames and two mattresses before moving to a new house. I trusted Dreams and their promised delivery time so I planned everything around it. I have already waited two months and I am now being told that I may have to wait around four months in total because of supply-chain issues. During this time I have been struggling without proper beds in my new home. I also agreed to change one of the products because I was told the replacement would be available sooner. Unfortunately that product was also unavailable and I was left with no choice but to cancel it. I understand that supply problems can happen but customers should not be given delivery promises that cannot be met. I trusted Dreams, paid in full and have been left waiting for months. Now they saying me to cancel the whole order. This has caused me a lot of stress and inconvenience. Very disappointing experience.

  Awful experience. If I could give no stars I would. Went to the store and the door was locked while the worker was sat on his desk with his feet up playing with his phone. We did manage to order a mattress once we were allowed in. Day of delivery and they didn’t turn up. Tried to claim they arrived and no one answered the door but this wasn’t the case. Called the contact number of the courier that was provided by Dreams and the number didn’t work. Called up dreams customer services and all they did was dismiss what we had to say and claimed they couldn’t deliver the mattress until the following week?! Worst customer service I have ever received and will never use them again. AVOID.
