Spent 30 minutes on hold this morning trying to find out delivery time. Store rang me back to say there is no stock and no delivery. Dreams did nothing to let me know about this in the last 4 weeks since I purchased the mattress in store. Awful customer service. Time and money spent for nothing. I'm furious. What a waste of time. Bought another mattress from Amazon, half the cost, better quality and delivered in 2 days. Don't waste your time with Dreams.

We appreciated the attention on the first visit to my partner who was not feeling well too. On purchase Isabella demonstrated the sofa bed and talked through options and delivery which was clear and fast. Will definitely consider further purchases when our other bedrooms are ready.

It certainly is. Contact us at least 72 hours prior to delivery and we can add recycling to your order. It is fast, convenient and environmentally friendly. We disassemble and utilise every single part possible and all other waste is turned into green energy.
