- PDPaul DunnSep 18, 20265.0Anabelle did a wonderful job of helping us decide on a mattress that met our needs. We felt supported though the decision rather than rushed. Thank you Anabelle.
- RWRichard WhartonSep 5, 20265.0Very friendly staff, offered excellent service.
- DMDaniii MatherAug 27, 20265.0Amazing service! We were browsing for a new bed and had no idea what we were looking for. Darren was really helpful and offered his advice without being pushy. We came back a few weeks later after his memorable service and were served by the fantastic Rick and Phil. Both extremely helpful, friendly and understanding to our needs. Would recommend this shop to friends and family. Thanks for all your help!
- RSRichard SpencerJul 29, 20263.0The staff at the store were very helpful - its a shame what turned up was very poor quality - lots of threads hanging out.
- NLNia LukeJul 12, 20261.0Despite the assistance in store to sell a mattress to me, it all fell apart on delivery day today. Didn't receive the agreed 2 hour delivery slot yesterday. Spent 30 minutes on hold this morning trying to find out delivery time. Store rang me back to say there is no stock and no delivery. Dreams did nothing to let me know about this in the last 4 weeks since I purchased the mattress in store. Awful customer service. Time and money spent for nothing. I'm furious. What a waste of time. Bought another mattress from Amazon, half the cost, better quality and delivered in 2 days. Don't waste your time with Dreams.
