This time I was looking at doors , the knowledge and support was top draw. He knew loads about the products and materials. Hopefully soon I will be back to purchase

I have just had a really great experience whilst in the joinery section looking for timber,doors and door furniture. I was browsing the store deciding what I required and was struggling to make a final decision. Rhys approached me and asked if he could help. His knowledge on the products i required was second to none and after our conversation I knew exactly what I needed and wanted. I just wish this type of customer service was the norm not the exception. Well done Rhys and magnet Notts it was a pleasure to shop in store, I will be spreading the word and definitely be back to store great experience 👍 Paul
