She was warm, knowledgeable, and welcoming, greeting me with a friendly smile that immediately made me feel at ease. We discussed my requirements in detail, and she conducted a sleep assessment that helped confirm the support I believed I needed in relation to my disability. Amanda encouraged me to test the beds using a pillow and suggested trying pillows with different levels of firmness, which made a significant difference to my comfort. She also offered refreshments during my visit, ensuring I felt well looked after. Her professionalism, expertise, and attentive approach made the entire experience both comfortable and enjoyable. Great shopping experience, can't wait to get me new bed.🙂
