  Denier was so lovely. Walked me through all the beds around my budget. Gave me a pillow and left me to try out the beds. Was very informative. I left purchasing what I hope will be the best bed I’ve had so far yet ! Thank you so much :)

  Terrible service from this company, very quick to take the £1500 out your acct and then give you a delivery date for the next week, only to be called day before delivery to say there is a problem with the order, it will be another 2 weeks before they can deliver. The quick delivery date they give you in store is to get your to buy, our friends ordered a mattress 2 days before us, hence why we went in, they also got a email saying same. So be very careful ordering from this company.

  Staff in the store couldn't be more be more helpful. However the customer service or the delivery team far less helpful. No call the day before, no call with a 2 hour window turn into the close and drive out without even attempting to deliver.

  Could not recommend more! Cammi was so informative and welcoming from the moment we stepped into the store. I was provided with a really good service where I learned what's best for mine and my husbands sleeping needs but equally I was shown options that matched my budget and my comfortability. I was not heckled or pushed but made to feel very literally comfortable and at ease to make my own decision. This service continued even the next day when I came back to purchase after I visited other stores and did not get the same level of service. Thank so much Cammi! We cannot wait for our mattress!

  I visited the Nottingham Castle Marine Store. Amanda provided an exceptional level of service throughout my visit. She was warm, knowledgeable, and welcoming, greeting me with a friendly smile that immediately made me feel at ease. We discussed my requirements in detail, and she conducted a sleep assessment that helped confirm the support I believed I needed in relation to my disability. Amanda encouraged me to test the beds using a pillow and suggested trying pillows with different levels of firmness, which made a significant difference to my comfort. She also offered refreshments during my visit, ensuring I felt well looked after. Her professionalism, expertise, and attentive approach made the entire experience both comfortable and enjoyable. Great shopping experience, can't wait to get me new bed.🙂
