I'm an ambulatory electric wheelchair user, I called ahead to ask about their range of electric beds, they were helpful and immediately recognised me calling a day ahead. The shop has a wide range of beds some of which are electric. The staff were very helpful, friendly and went out of their way for me. There was no strong upselling. The shop also has a wheelchair accessible toilet and lift. They spent a good deal of time with us, we went out for some lunch for a breather then came back in. I used there mattress matcher service and they pointed out a divine mattress for me that was on offer! I was able to book removal of my old bed and delivery/assembly of my new electric bed, extended warranty with accidental cover. They even added in some bedding when negotiating price! A couple of points to note, delivery of the bed can take a while (11 weeks) and if you are a someone who needs a bed to be height adjustable for transfer to and from a wheelchair, this range doesn't have that option. They also don't disassemble your old bed which can be a barrier if (like me) you're unable to do that yourself. I ordered an electric bed with all the bells and whistles (including multiple massage settings!), perfect for my needs as I have health issues that mean I spend most of my time in bed. I'm looking forward to recieving my new fancy bed that will hopefully make my life just that bit better. Thank you!
