When we contacted customer service, we were told we would need to wait another 2 weeks for someone to inspect the product and arrange the missing parts, which was very disappointing. We decided to visit Dreams Northampton in person to see if anything could be done, and that’s when Gary and Steve completely turned the experience around for us. Gary was incredibly helpful, understanding, and genuinely sympathetic to our situation. He really went the extra mile to help resolve the issue quickly. Steve also stepped in, located the missing parts in store, and they handed them to us directly the same day. Thanks to their amazing support, we now have our lovely bed fully assembled and fitted by my husband. We are extremely grateful to both Gary and Steve for their professionalism, kindness, and outstanding customer service. A huge thank you to them both!
