  Wasted Space the whole outfit the dont pay refunds,knock it down put phonebox instead,,the most unhelpfull miserable staffin ashop in Wellingborough. Never put my footsteps again in one of there Shops nada no recommendation

  We bought our Beds and Mattresses from Dreams Kettering. We want to physically see and tests the Beds and Mattresses before we buy. In Dreams we have to select a wide range of options of Beds and Mattresses there. The friendly staffs will explain everything with excellent advice. There's also helpful Sleepmatch technology to guide our choices. We can sit or lay down on Mattresses to feel the softness and rigidity of Mattresses. They will also gives complimentary drinks to customers. The staffs are very helpful, cooperative and friendly to the customers. And the delivery persons are very helpful and cooperative. They will fix the Beds and put in the required rooms. Mattresses also put in the required rooms as the customers requesting and take back old Mattresses with little payment. Our bed in Master bedroom is built-in pull-out drawers ( Divan bed or storage bed). In the other bedroom the bed is with storage underneath (Ottoman) and the mattress lifts up to reveal hidden inside apartment. 🙏🙏🙏.

  We were greeted with a friendly hello shortly after entering the store, we'd never shopped for a bed before and happily admitted that. Maisie was very welcoming and informative about options. We tried out their dream bed system to find what's best for us and she ran us through all the mattress, frame and pillow options suited to us based on the system readings. Additionally she informed us about the length of time each product tends to last before you should consider replacing, any warranty options and additions that come with them. Honestly, it was such an easy experience I would highly recommend if you're in the market for a new bed, this is the place to go. While we went through payment, we were offered a drink and had everything explained to us about finance, delivery and having our old bed removed. Perfect shopping experience all round!

  We were looked after very well by Dan. Firstly he took us to the machine which measures what type of mattress is suitable for you and then we tried different mattress. He was very helpful and took the time to explain them to us. Also he sorted out new pillows for us and while he was sorting out the paperwork for the new mattress we had a nice cup of Tea/Coffee. Thank you Dan. Overall it was a very nice experience we will certainly visit again.
