  Maizy and Shani were both really helpful. Welcomed us in and explained the colour code system. Offered us a drink and to use the sleep match machine. Explained everything in simple terms and I would highly recommend the store. Very well done

  Absolutely dreadful experience. I would urge anyone thinking of buying a bed from Kettering Dreams, not to bother. I went in to the store and chose a bed, headboard and mattress. The lady was helpful and polite. I explained the situation and that I was going into hospital for complex surgery to remove a tumour from my spinal cord and that people needed to stay in my house to care for my children and dogs. I was given a delivery date on 21st Sept. I paid a deposit. I was going to take ID in for the finance deal. Unfortunately, I needed to have my sick dog put to sleep. I received a voicemail today to say that i needed to pay the balance or the delivery date would be lost. I rang the store to make full payment to avoid delays with finance arrangements. I was told only the manager was able to take a payment and I needed to call customer services. I rang customer services 3 times and requested a call back - no call back. I rang again at 4 and the message said they had closed for the day. I rang kettering and was told they were trying to get hold of the manager. I rang them again after not hearing anything. They transferred my call to another store and someone took my payment and then told me the delivery day was going to be 29th September!! I rang Kettering and found the assistant manager very rude as he relayed how many stores he had called to allow me to be able to make a payment!! However, making a payment only suited Dreams, not me! He then told me that they will issue £50 as a gesture of goodwill!! I would never have made the payment if I knew the date would have been that far in advance. Incredibly disappointed in Dreams. A big store that is unable to take a payment if the manager is out of the building? Unable to confirm a delivery date. Take a confirmed delivery date away without any notice. Appalling

  We bought our Beds and Mattresses from Dreams Kettering. We want to physically see and tests the Beds and Mattresses before we buy. In Dreams we have to select a wide range of options of Beds and Mattresses there. The friendly staffs will explain everything with excellent advice. There's also helpful Sleepmatch technology to guide our choices. We can sit or lay down on Mattresses to feel the softness and rigidity of Mattresses. They will also gives complimentary drinks to customers. The staffs are very helpful, cooperative and friendly to the customers. And the delivery persons are very helpful and cooperative. They will fix the Beds and put in the required rooms. Mattresses also put in the required rooms as the customers requesting and take back old Mattresses with little payment. Our bed in Master bedroom is built-in pull-out drawers ( Divan bed or storage bed). In the other bedroom the bed is with storage underneath (Ottoman) and the mattress lifts up to reveal hidden inside apartment. 🙏🙏🙏.

  We were greeted with a friendly hello shortly after entering the store, we'd never shopped for a bed before and happily admitted that. Maisie was very welcoming and informative about options. We tried out their dream bed system to find what's best for us and she ran us through all the mattress, frame and pillow options suited to us based on the system readings. Additionally she informed us about the length of time each product tends to last before you should consider replacing, any warranty options and additions that come with them. Honestly, it was such an easy experience I would highly recommend if you're in the market for a new bed, this is the place to go. While we went through payment, we were offered a drink and had everything explained to us about finance, delivery and having our old bed removed. Perfect shopping experience all round!
