    Bought a new bed from Dreams many years ago and it has proven great value for money so went back. Gary helped us and was really great. He was knowledgeable and friendly. The bed we'd originally chosen was too big for the room, we discovered after our first visit. Gary was really helpful showing me various alternatives. Altogether a very positive experience.

    After waiting 5 weeks for our bed delivery, we unfortunately discovered that some parts were missing from the boxes. When we contacted customer service, we were told we would need to wait another 2 weeks for someone to inspect the product and arrange the missing parts, which was very disappointing. We decided to visit Dreams Northampton in person to see if anything could be done, and that’s when Gary and Steve completely turned the experience around for us. Gary was incredibly helpful, understanding, and genuinely sympathetic to our situation. He really went the extra mile to help resolve the issue quickly. Steve also stepped in, located the missing parts in store, and they handed them to us directly the same day. Thanks to their amazing support, we now have our lovely bed fully assembled and fitted by my husband. We are extremely grateful to both Gary and Steve for their professionalism, kindness, and outstanding customer service. A huge thank you to them both!

    Very disappointing experience with Dreams. We bought a mattress based largely on their “comfort guarantee”, which promises you can exchange it within 30–100 days if it’s not right for you. We followed all the rules: used a mattress protector and kept it in excellent condition. After around 70–80 days, we requested an exchange because the mattress is extremely heavy — so heavy that it actually damaged our bed frame. As a result of that, a splinter from the wooden frame ended up piercing the underside of the mattress. We were already unhappy to be told we had to pay £95 for delivery and receive any price difference as a voucher, but we agreed anyway just to resolve the situation. On the day of exchange, the team refused to take the mattress, pointing to the very damage caused by its weight as the reason to reject it. So effectively, we are being blamed for an issue caused by the product itself. The “comfort guarantee” sounds reassuring when you buy, but in reality it’s full of loopholes and very easy for them to refuse. This has left us with a mattress we don’t want, a damaged bed, and no resolution. At this point, I would expect Dreams to step in and resolve this properly — because this situation is clearly not being handled fairly.
