Force you to pay for full months when only needing days. I was sold a certain size container over the phone when describing my goods (perfectly!). On arrival needed a container double the size which is incurred double the price. No mention of a 14 day notice period in person and they will force additional month payment if you miss this period. Shocking business model, I’ll be shocked if they have returning customers. Employee Dave does deserve credit, he stayed professional throughout a frustrating situation.
