  Poor opening hours that left two options- run in during my lunch break or book annual leave. Shop shuts at 4.30 (though twice I left work early and it was closed before this time). Second option being to book annual leave. Hours need a major overhaul for one night a week until 6pm or extend saturday to cater to clients who themselves work in retail so 8-12 isn't an option. After a mad rush to get in on a lunch break I was finally able to get in the doors. We were greeted but left alone which is exactly what you want when choosing things to your own personal taste. Fully appreciated this and would make me want to return so I could be left alone to browse. The lady on service was lovely, friendly, helpful and cheerful. Young lass had a face on like, clearly didn't want to be there. Chose our product, requested a price. Gave our details and waited for a call back. It's now been 8 days (7 working days for you) since we visited the store and we STILL don't have a price. So not only do you make it virtually impossible for potential clients to access the store, you then can't be bothered to give the ones who want to purchase from you a call back! This has left us in a position now where we have to seek another supplier for the worktop we chose, when we wanted to use a 'trusted' and top-rated store. Poor service all round, barring your singular staff member who would be the only reason we would even think to return.

  Having realised that 8 years ago our kitchen fitter had not put a filter in our extractor fan over our cooker with the help of Tom we identified which filter was needed. Tom then came in his own time and fitted the filter for us. Tom was so pleasant and helpful and I would highly recommend MKM both for their excellent kitchens and very helpful staff especially Tom.

  We recently purchased our new kitchen from MKM we couldn’t be happier with the overall experience. From start to finish, Tom handled everything professionally and efficiently. There were a couple of minor issues during installation, but these were dealt with quickly and without any hassle. Tom was responsive, understanding, and clearly committed to making sure everything was right. It’s refreshing to receive such great customer service—nothing felt like too much trouble, and the end result is a kitchen we absolutely love. Highly recommended!

  If you’re looking for a new kitchen installation I would highly recommend going to MKM and don’t waste time looking elsewhere. They have a nice showroom. Tom, having many years of experience in kitchen design was absolutely brilliant, discussed with us what we wanted, made suggestions and gave his expert knowledge and advice, really friendly, and overall gave a very efficient and professional service. Home visit and measuring service included. He was Available to answer any question throughout. No pressure to buy. He organised delivery to aptly coincide with the fitting. He even supplied a fantastic kitchen fitter/ joiner , Jon, who was meticulous in his work and gave a fantastic finished result. Really friendly and dedicated to his work. Both these two made everything run so smoothly. The quality of the units, appliances and accessories are excellent, far superior to some others we looked at and surprisingly the pricing was very competitive with other suppliers.
