  Ordered a kingsize base and mattress from dreams sales staff at store were good but that's as far as it goes ...delivery day arrived and no show rang store to be told that it had been cancelled and re arranged to be delivered 2 weeks later but no one told us .was not happy but had to wait 2 weeks got a message to say been delivered tomorrow so got room empty ready then late at night got message delivery cancelled no explanation we was fuming next day late morning get a phone call from delivery driver saying he's 20 minutes away with delivery drops off mattress no base . When put on old high base needed a step to climb up into bed complained to store demanding a full refund store said they can't do refunds needs to be head office they would arrange it and I would get it in 7 days ...14 days later still no refund so went into store was there nearly 3 hours Trying to get through to customer service on phone as store said they did not have direct line was promised refund in 7 days again still no refund in the end managed to contact someone on line who promised the refund of £2300.00 that we had paid however it has come in 5 instalments over a four week period so in total it's taken over 2months to get our money back. They haven't given us any compensation for distress caused or the inconvenience of having to keep going back to store the whole process has been an absolute NIGHTMARE wish we had checked out online first as there is thousands of people been tret the same quick to take your money promise delivery but don't turn up no customer service absolutely appalling would never recommend dreams to anyone as you only get nightmares !!!!!!! Do not buy from them

  DO NOT RECOMMEND !! Once they get Your money your Bed Does Not Come !! Twice Our Bed Didn't Come and First Time they didn't even bother to Message us to say It had Been Cancelled! Still No Bed 2 months On !! So We Email Them Weeks Ago For A Full Refund And Still No Reply ..... They Agnore you !! So We went into the Shop And Staff in There Tryed them selves To Ring Customer service and they was waiting 1hr 15 min for Someone to Answer There own Staff .. After The Call Still No REFUND As Promised !! But they can Soon Take your money out your bank account !! Staff in the Shop are lovely but unfortunately it is Out there Hands Once this Company Gets your Money As There No Customer Service That Get Back to you !!

  Went to the store to try out some matreses that we had seen online. An absolute credit to Jack who was very welcoming, not pushy in the slightest and couldn't do enough for us. A real credit to Dreams! A breath of fresh air to not be hounded by sales, and with that in mind we ended up ordering one from your online shop.

  Very helpful and friendly service, and were happy to be be as patient as possible while we looked over the mattresses. Their Sleepmatch system was very good at determining what I needed for my back. Definitely recommend.

  Dreams Grimsby is a breath of fresh air. I didn't feel pressured or anything. Offered me a drink and helped me with my choice. I believe that they're going through some kind of system change, they're handling it so well. I definitely would recommend sleep match.
