    Very helpful and friendly service, and were happy to be be as patient as possible while we looked over the mattresses. Their Sleepmatch system was very good at determining what I needed for my back. Definitely recommend.

    Dreams Grimsby is a breath of fresh air. I didn't feel pressured or anything. Offered me a drink and helped me with my choice. I believe that they're going through some kind of system change, they're handling it so well. I definitely would recommend sleep match.

    Very helpful staff. Found the matress fitting interesting and they were right. The matress is so comfortable. Fast reliable delivery. I'll be gonig there again when I change my bed in the spare room

    Went in initially to browse. We were greeted by a lady (I think she was called Lesley) and then again by the shop manager. Both staff very knowledgeable and never felt pressured like in some stores. The shop was smart and well laid out. We will definitely be returning to buy our bed once we have measured up at home.
