Kenny took great care of us and was very attentive to what we need/wanted. We used the sleep match and then Kenny took us round the mattresses that matched what we need for comfort. He was very patient as we tested all the mattresses over and over again to find out favourite. We had a very warm welcome and was also offered a drink too. 10 stars to Kenny!

It’s taken 4 weeks so far, cancelled appointments and several hours attempting to navigate their customer service phone line and chat services. The branch has no real customer support to offer, and the onus is on you to sort it out once you’ve spent your cash. One of the worst retail experiences in a long time. This is a 4 week old £1300 mattress. It’s worse than the 8 yo EMMA we replaced. Avoid avoid avoid!

It certainly is. Contact us at least 72 hours prior to delivery and we can add recycling to your order. It is fast, convenient and environmentally friendly. We disassemble and utilise every single part possible and all other waste is turned into green energy.
