- PLPaul LallyOct 6, 20261.0Too expensive, staff just sit at desk and dont approach you to help. Instead of helping customers all they do is sit there and talk about their cats and show photos of them on their phone. Need better staff.

- SCShanna CanningJul 7, 20265.0Can’t fault the staff at all, they were so helpful in making sure we understood all the mattress types so we could pick one best suited to us. 10/10 customer service!

- MHMaryam HabibollahiJun 28, 20265.0Excellent service from Bill and the team at Dreams. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and very patient, taking the time to help me choose the right mattress and bed frame. The Sleepmatch machine was a great help too, making it much easier to find the best mattress for my needs. I never felt rushed or under pressure, and the whole experience was enjoyable. Highly recommended!
