  I came to look for a few beds today with my family, the store was well organised, there was many staffs checking up on us, which was really nice and reassuring, one of the staff member (Ashley) was really helpful he demonstrated how some of the bed works, once we chose the beds we went to fill the paperwork and all, and again Ashley was really helpful and made sure we understood everything, thanks a lot Ashley😊

  Ashley at the Straiton store was amazing! He was really kind and helped us pick out our first mattress for our new home. After renting for 10 years we had no idea what to be shopping for, and Ashley anticipated and answered all of our questions. He gave us plenty of time to make our decision with zero pressure but plenty of support. Thank you so much! Emily and Calum :)

  Certainly didn’t disappoint. We went in to very nervous and completely unsure of what to buy as this is our first home and we were greeted at the door by Sarah. Sarah made us feel so at ease showing us around all the different mattresses and beds. Such a lovely first experience and will definitely be recommending to others. Great deals and huge savings.   I was greeted at the entrance to the store by a man who introduced himself as Ashley and was asked if I needed any assistance. Very friendly attentive and most helpful in showing me what I was looking for when I arrived at the store to browse. I wanted a sofa bed and a double ottoman bed frame which I was able to choose with some help from Ashley. Ashley demonstrated the working mechanism of the ottoman bed and let me try it to see how easy it was in how to lift and close it safely. Ashley also showed me the range of sofa beds they had and opened them up into the double bed allowing me to see how easy it was to convert from sofa to bed. With the help and expertise of Ashley I chose a very sturdy solid sofa bed. Ashley demonstrated both items I purchased and asked me relevant questions and answered my questions in a helpful pleasant manner even asking if I wanted a coffee and to take my time browsing and deciding without hurrying me and without any pressure to buy. I left with an ottoman bed frame and sofa bed that was being delivered the following week which I was delighted with as I needed the sofa bed quite quickly for guests, not to mention the delivery team taking away my old bed frame too. All in all extremely happy with the service I received.

  I went into Dreams looking to buy a couple of mattresses. There are so many options available in stores across Edinburgh and online that it's impossible to choose. I went in with a specific mattress in mind, but also suspected that wasn't being sold any longer. Ben kindly guided me through some good alternatives and provided me with plenty of info to help me make a decision based on my requirements. I'm very happy with the service provided and the guidance given to narrow things down to a few good choices. When it comes to buying mattresses, trying is a must, and the help provided by Ben and the Dreams team was essential to making an important decision quickly and efficiently.
