  I will leave 1 star because I can't go lower. This is the worst service I have ever received. Please dont buy your mattress here. I bought a mattress and to start with, I never received an email with the purchase confirmation because they had 'an issue' with the new system. I had to call customer services myself to follow up on this. That said, once O received the email, it never contained the confirmation of the delivery date. I had arranged for the delivery to take place today and I was told I would receive a text message with a 2 hour delivery window the day before. That didnt happened. I have contacted customer services and then they told me the delivery is for 5 weeks from today. They then said they left me a voice mail. I never received a call from them and even if, they should have called me again or send me an email or text. This is so bad and so dissapointing. Save time and money and dont buy your mattress or beds here, so bad. Despite all of this, they have not even tried to rearrange an earlier delivery date or something. Honestly so bad

  Great experience, friendly staff, good range of beds in store and very easy purchasing process. Reasonably priced beds as well, very happy with my store visit today!

  Godfrey was amazing so friendly and helpful , he made jokes felt very comfortable making decisions based on all of the information we was given.

  Arrived at the shop and was warmly greeted by Ian. Asked how he could help and we gave our ideas of what was needed. Jim is an 80 year old and has back trouble. Ian was very helpful in finding Jim a mattress after he was placed onto the sleep match. After being patient and talking Jim through his recommended needs we finally found a mattress. Then recommended a suitable base and headboard. Showing Jim different colours to suit his decor. Helped with pillows and mattress protector. Talked Jim through the payment process. All round a good experience and Ian also made a cup of tea for Jim.
