- LPLaury PJan 31, 20251.0I have not come across a retailer that could not care less about customer service. From our experience with Magnet, if you need any aftersale support - forget about it. If there's an issue with your kitchen, Chris the manager will avoid your calls for as long as possible, until you have to march back into the store, seek him out and force him into action. Even then, they drag their heels for months to look into the issue. Without exaggeration, from the date we got in touch about the issue to the point that Magnet finally did something has taken 6 months. If you want your time wasted, this is certainly the place. I wish we had someone to advise us against using a place like this.
