  What a lovely surprise to see Dreams at Manchester Fort. I hadn’t realised there was a store there so decided to pop in while I was shopping. Such a lovely team, everyone was friendly and welcoming and nothing seemed too much trouble. It was nice to be able to have a proper look around without feeling pressured. A special mention to Asad, the manager, who was an absolute gentleman and made sure I was well looked after. Really nice to see good customer service still exists. Looking forward to my new mattress for retirement , yay !

  Popped in after noticing the new shop. I was met with a smile by Lewis, who was very knowledgeable and friendly. Can’t believe I have been sleeping on my current mattress for 7+ years- can’t wait for my new Tempur mattress to arrive! My new pillows are serving me well in the meantime

  We had such a great experience at Dreams! The whole process was really easy and enjoyable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Lewis was the person who helped us and he was fantastic. He took the time to understand what we needed and used their Sleepmatch machine, which was such a cool and useful way to help find a mattress that suited our individual needs. We never felt pressured and he was really knowledgeable throughout. We were also offered drinks and even a pillow, which was such a lovely touch and made the experience feel really welcoming. The manager, Asad, was also super friendly and nice, and everyone made us feel comfortable from start to finish. Overall, we’re really happy with the service we received and would definitely recommend Dreams to anyone looking for a new mattress. A big thank you to Lewis and the team for making the experience so positive!
