  We came into this Dreams store knowing exactly which bed frame we wanted, having already done our research, so we weren’t expecting to need much help. However, meeting Kemi completely changed our experience. Kemi was absolutely lovely — friendly, helpful, honest and really down to earth. She was informative without ever being pushy, which made such a refreshing change. My husband is a salesperson himself and absolutely hates dealing with other salespeople 😂, but Kemi is about as far away from the stereotypical salesperson as you could get. She genuinely came across as someone who simply wanted to help us find what was right for us, rather than someone trying to make a sale. Because of how helpful and knowledgeable she was, we actually ended up purchasing a Tempur mattress as well as the bed frame. Kemi managed to get us an incredible deal on the mattress, including free Tempur pillows, which made the whole purchase even better. We genuinely hadn’t gone in intending to buy a mattress, but her approach and the deal she was able to offer made it an easy decision. We also spoke to Jess while we were there, who was equally lovely and friendly, so it was clear that the great customer service wasn’t just down to one person. We’re from Huddersfield and had already visited two other Dreams branches, but specifically travelled to this store because they had a bed frame in stock that wasn’t available at the branches closer to us. We’re so glad we did, as this was by far the friendliest Dreams store we visited. It’s also a really large and impressive store with plenty to look at. A huge thank you to Kemi (and Jess) for making what could have been a very typical shopping experience genuinely enjoyable. If we ever need to wrestle with buying another bed anytime soon, we’d definitely come back to this particular store — although hopefully it won’t be anytime soon! 😂 Highly recommended xx

  Ashton Store SHOULD BE RE- NAMED NGHTMARES not Dreams. the Abigail the manager there is as much use as a chocolate tea pot!. My mother spent over £4000.00 within the last six months on beds and mattresses and twice yes Twice they have failed to deliver. My mum needed a specialist mattress for an electric riser bed (that was purchased from dreams so they knew the measurements needed etc. So mum ordered and paid for it and had to wait seven weeks. My Mum is disabled and needs this new mattress. The first mattress was delivered 7 weeks after but was for a 3/4 bed size not the specialist size that was needed. the mattress was abandoned in my mums apartment for several weeks as the Manager of the ashton NIGHTMARES (Dreams) said she would call back. Guess what this call never came. my mum hurt her foot as she had to struggle around the usless mattress in her bedroom. I was on hoiliday so coulds not help. upon my return from holiday, (two Weeks plus had passed) and Still No call - Very poor service. My self and My Partner then called and spoke to Abigail the manager, and she was so apologetic, but this does not help and she ordered what she saids should be the proper mattress, but it would take another 7 weeks to be delivered !!. 7 weeks was today....... And guess what!!! its the exact same size mattress that was beng delivered in june and NOT THE CORRECT ONE !! Now my disabled mother has to go through all this again, Absolute Shambles of a company!!!!

  Visited recently for new mattress and was greeted friendly by Ryan who was very knowledgable about the extensive options available..We tried the mattress test machine to establish what was best for us..we were in the store a good hour picking Ryans brains (Sorry m8).and eventually found our ideal mattress as we were spoilt for choice..Thanks again Ryan..Credit to Dreams .👍Recommended Store..

  Great experience with Dreams and Ryan in store. Went on Saturday and came back Monday after knowing what we wanted. Ryan recognised us immediately, nice touch there. Wide range of mattress and combination frame+TV. Staff are attentive and knowledgeable without feeling overbearing. The sleep machine we did not try as we were rushed for time, but was offered, and again without feeling overbearing. Sales was good and advisory and also beneficial with some added extras as would not occur online, so it is worth going in person just for that. Additionally, I got recommended some urbex vids, thanks Ryan, professional and also very personable. Thumbs up all round
