Avoid Magnet Kitchen Watford – Poor Service & No Follow-Up I booked an appointment almost a month in advance to discuss our new kitchen design. My wife and I spent 2 hours with a designer going over every detail. The person we met was friendly and helpful at the time. But after 3 weeks, we still hadn’t received even a quote. I called the store three times, and each time they promised, “You’ll get it today.” Nothing ever arrived. If you value your time and want a company that follows through, I’d recommend avoiding Magnet Kitchen Watford. Sadly, it feels like they don’t need or want new business.

    Repeatedly cancelled design meetings. Pathetic.
