  Belongings were stolen and safestore suppressed the video footage so I could not make a claim. I have no actual proof but the one day I queried with them they said that their cctv system was faulty! This is a company who sell their services as a secure 24 hr cctv monitored premises... But when I asked for evidence. They said the cctv was down on that day... One day out of the whole year when my belongings went missing.

  Paul at Honeypot Stanmore branch is very helpful and efficient. I often visit the storage unit at least twice a week and he is always provides 100% customer service and helps me. He goes the extra mile.

  I used the DHL service at the reception of this branch and was very happy. Spoke to Paul who was very friendly and helpful. Quick easy service, no complaints and even was happy to assist with adding a reference number to the package which I forgot to add over the phone which really helped me out.
