    We had a great experience purchasing our new mattress. From entering the store and being greeted by Prince, he guided us through the Sleep Match and helped us choose our perfect mattress based on our results. Would recommend Dreams and Prince at the Southall Branch, fantastic service all round.

    We had a really nice experience at Dreams Southall thanks to Gunna. She welcomed us at the door with such a bubbly and happy personality, which instantly made us feel comfortable. She took the time to understand what we were looking for and guided us through everything step by step. One of the best parts was the Sleepmatch machine she introduced us to. It gave us a personalised list of mattresses based on what we actually need, which made the whole process so much easier and more interesting. It was honestly a really cool way to find the right mattress. Gunna’s product knowledge is excellent and she explained everything clearly without making us feel pressured. She was friendly, approachable, and made the whole experience smooth from start to finish. Overall, really great service and we’re so happy with our new bed. Would definitely recommend asking for Gunna!
