  We were welcomed Ishaa, she was very kind and so informative. She helped us find the best mattress for our backs. We were very impressed with her service and kindness.

  Went to Dreams in Ruislip. We felt rushed by the salesperson. He seemed unintrested when we expressed an intrest in a cheaper item. We felt unwelcomed. When we asked if they do credit, he responded that they do but not for £ 399. He did not bother to explain how much we needed to spend to apply for credit. We saw water and coffee at the back of the counter but we were not offered despite it being a very hot day. Very poor service.

  Warranty is a con, mattresses don’t last. Refuse to accept fault of structural defect for a mattress that is only 2 years old. Will never shop here again. Promise you the world until you purchase then lack of assistance or accountability. Avoid at all costs! Would give 0 stars if I could.

  Martin was very attentive, informative and gave me all the possible options when choosing a king size bed to suit my needs. Having the aid of technology, too, was helpful and fun. Martin also helpfully suggested additional items such as duvets, mattress covers and pillows, some of which were included in my order without charge. He kindly offered tea and coffee on several occasions which I should have accepted, as the whole process was longer than I had anticipated! Thank you.
