  Sue and the team at Safestore New Cross have made my move in smooth and seamless. Even when I faced an issue arriving to the depot, there was no panic. Sue went the extra mile for me and stayed on until I unloaded my goods into my storeroom. This is exemplary customer services, and I’m happy, I made the right choice. Thank you Sue! 👍🏾

  Use these storage units. For two months; after the first month, I gave notice that I would stay for one more month before leaving. the date to leave the storage was Saturday, July 18 I came on Sunday, July 19, at 10 a.m.—opening time. When I went to get my things, I found the door blocked. I was told that to collect my things, I He tells me I have to pay for the full month £110. I tried to pay extra for the extra hours, but the staff there were very arrogant; they told me, "This isn't my problem—you have to pay for the full month, or you don't get your things. I asked where I could file a complaint, and they told me they didn't know. I felt it wasn't fair to pay for a full month for a delay of a few hours. The worst experience of my life They kept my things. They were only polite when the contract was signed.
