  I just want to say how excellent Raul & Shamarie were with helping me in assisting with an issue I had on site which they dealt with brilliantly. The two of them are a credit to site! Thank you again guys for your help.

  I’ve had a great experience using Safestore. The team is always friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful whenever I need assistance. They go out of their way to make everything easy, and I always feel well looked after. One of the biggest benefits for me is that they keep my company parcels safe and secure, giving me complete peace of mind. The facility is clean, well-managed, and reliable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Safestore to anyone looking for secure storage with excellent customer service.

  Super convenient location. The staff were very friendly and patient, and they gave me a great discount for first-time use! The facility is very safe and secure, and storing/accessing my items was extremely convenient. Overall a fantastic experience. I’ll definitely choose this place again! Cai

  I just wanted to write a word of thanks to Kevin and Monzir for their assistance and kindness through my storage rental. I put in a request for a quote through the Safestore Paddington website, received a call from Kevin almost immediately, and then went to see the premises in person and talk about options. Kevin was patient in going through all the size and rate options with me—month-to-month, a locked-in longterm, which sizes would work for my needs—and he managed that even with an office that kept flooding with customers. Kevin then took the time to show me the unit in person and explained hours of access. I was not left on my own to just figure things out—There was service throughout my renting the storage unit. I checked out a few options in the area before going with Safestore Paddington, and I'm so glad I made this choice. It saved me during what could have been a difficult transition time. Now that I've emptied the unit and won't be needing the storage space anymore, Monzir has been nothing but kind and professional. I emptied the space and went in to the office to confirm—but he also offered the option of doing so over the phone. Monzir was friendly and concise, and I have been happy with the communication and service from both Kevin and Monzir. I even got to chat with both of them in the office after emptying my space. They're both very kind, friendly, and professional. As for the storage itself, my unit was clean, a plywood floor gave an additional elevation from the ground, and I was able to access the space easily on each visit. There are trolleys (or dollies, in US English) for transporting items in and out, there is a double-entrance system for added security, and I have never seen a storage facility in such clean condition. If I were in a position of needing storage space again in central London, emergency or not, I would definitely turn to Safestore Paddington again. And I owe an extra thanks to Kevin and Monzir for making the process as painless as possible. They've definitely earned the praise.
