  I recently set up a storage unit at the Safestore Marble Arch branch and had a fantastic experience. As a busy postgraduate student, I needed the setup to be quick and hassle-free, and the team absolutely delivered. Shamarie, Monzir, and Hardy were incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in. They made the entire onboarding process incredibly smooth and seamless. Highly recommend this team for their top-notch customer service!

  I visited Safestore Paddington today and Kevin was absolutely lovely. He was very patient, helpful and clear with everything, and he helped me sort out my short-term storage really quickly. The whole experience was much easier than I expected. Thank you so much, Kevin!

  Excellent customer service by Kevin and by Hardy. Kevin called me soon after I had sent in my request, explained everything on the phone, gave me a great deal, sent me an email immediately. He always answered the phone to reply to my questions and even was there on a Sunday and dealt with all my requests quickly. Hardy was very friendly and professional! The storage rooms are spacious and very clean! Very well organised!
