I really appreciated their patience and willingness to answer all my questions. - JKJulia KMay 31, 20261.0We have had a storage unit here for three years. Today we came to move out as the price had become £173 a month and it was not worth it. The issue is there is a significant rat / mouse infestation and all our things were covered with droppings and urine stains - we have had to throw away a lot of items and deal with this unhygienic issue in the unit 🤢🤮. This has never happened at other times of our hire. Its disgusting. They have a serious issue and shouldn’t be charging for storage at all which is ineffective and damaging and potentially a serious health hazard.
