  The storage units were very easy to navigate and the reception staff gave very useful insights for first-time users. Jamaal, in particular, provided amazing customer service and ensured that I was well informed about the different processes. I would definitely recommend for any uni students in need of storage space.

  the storage units were so well kept, true to size, neat, tidy and safely protected. this made the entire process a lot simpler. the receptionists were so so sweet, and understanding, 10/10 to him for his services. we genuinely felt like we were placing our stuff in safe and reliable hands.

  Michael was an absolute star. He’s helped us around and he was very professional and friendly. I really recommend this storage unit also Ossie Removal Team Alberto Adrian and Alex Has done brilliantly in helping us move all of the stuff inside the unit

  As a delivery driver, I have to say Ulrick is the epitome of everything you want from a company, a welcoming greet, a smiling face and takes time to have a chat whilst still conducting business. Eyes on everything that is going on and still has time to talk and make you feel welcome at Safestore. Perfect!
