- MMmvt makeupMay 28, 20261.0Safestore Bounds Green please do something about the extreme temperatures on the third floor of this storage facility. It is unbearable and should be illegal to have temperatures so high I had to have regular breaks to cool down on the ground floor. Grateful to staff who provided water and cold beverages to me to cool down! For the amount of money I have paid over the years, surely a solution can be found. At the very least to dispel the hot air and allow for some form of airflow. It’s unworkable not to mention may affect peoples possessions during the hot summer months ahead

The unit was clean, dry and easy to access, and the staff were friendly without being overbearing, which I always appreciate. Everything felt well organised, from the booking to getting the keys, and the security gave us peace of mind for our furniture and boxes. It’s not the cheapest option around, so I can’t quite give it full marks, but the service was solid and the whole experience was straightforward. If you need somewhere dependable to keep your things for a spell, this place does the job very well.
