  I ended up here without a booking after a poor experience next door with the big yellow company. I’m not sure if that was Disney, but it definitely didn’t feel like the level of service I expected. From the moment I arrived, the manager (I believe his name was James) handled everything quickly and smoothly, completely turning things around for me. In the end, I’m actually glad my first experience didn’t work out, because this place exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend—thank you so much!

  I urgently needed a storage unit and I left a voicemail to them which I could send as urgent yesterday night and Alex called me first thing early in the morning. He was super helpful and understanding. Really understood my needs and concerns and helped me make the most of my money by offering me their 'first month £1 offer'. When I got there, I was greeted by Alex and James. James helped me secure the unit by showing me the unit before signing or making any payments, and really explained the terms of the contract and ensured I was onboard with everything. James was super friendly and welcoming and I would recommend using Safestore at Staples Corner 100%. Truly satisfied - thank you for taking such a weight off my shoulders haha, such amazing staff @ Alex & James.

  I recently moved into a storage unit at Safestore and have been extremely pleased with the service so far. The two members of staff who assisted me, both called James, were friendly, professional and very helpful throughout the whole process. They took the time to explain how the facility works, how access to the units is controlled, and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I never felt rushed and their customer service was excellent. One of the things that I'm particularly satisfied is that the facility has CCTV coverage throughout the corridors, which gives me a great deal of confidence and peace of mind when storing my belongings. Knowing that there is clear video coverage of the access routes provides reassurance that any issues could be properly investigated if necessary. This is actually my second time using Safestore. I previously rented a unit with them back in 2020 for around six months and had a great experience then as well. During that entire period my belongings remained exactly as I had left them, which gave me confidence to return when I needed storage again. Based on both my past and current experience, I would happily recommend Safestore to anyone looking for a secure, well-managed storage facility with excellent customer service.
