- JAJessica AnfossiMay 1, 20261.0WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. They will take your money and the staff are not trained. I had a storage unit here and asked in person on March 19 what I needed to do to cancel my unit. The staff member on duty told me she could set the cancellation for May 1. I clearly asked if I needed to do anything else or contact them again, and I was explicitly told no, everything was fine and I did not need to do anything further. If I had been told to follow up again, I absolutely would have done so in line with the contract. However, because I was clearly told otherwise when I specifically asked, I believed everything was handled correctly. I should not be charged because I clearly gave notice of my move out date and double checked with staff that nothing further was required. At no point was I informed that I needed to give additional notice again two weeks before. When I came to remove my belongings, they tried to charge me again and are now blaming me. This is due to a staff error or lack of proper training, not my actions. On top of that, the customer service I have received while trying to resolve this has been extremely rude and unhelpful.
