The Perch is equally impressive — a stylish rooftop setting with a sophisticated ambience, making it a wonderful place to enjoy wine and relax. A fantastic combination of luxury design, hospitality and atmosphere. Definitely worth a visit in Mayfair! 🥂✨

  We had such a wonderful experience at the RH Gallery, and a special thank you to David for making our visit so enjoyable. From the moment we arrived, David was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive. He provided excellent service, was very knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and looked after. His kindness and positive attitude genuinely made our day and made the whole experience even more special. It’s not often you come across someone who takes such pride in providing great service, and David truly deserves to be recognised for it. Thank you, David, for making our visit such a lovely experience — we will definitely be coming back!

  I'm currently in the middle of planning out the interior for my next home and my gosh the service I received from the staff members was exceptional. I was kindly met at the door by João, who took his time to take us through the concept of the store and where to find everything. We also caught him at the end where he provided us with bottled water to go as the weather was unbearable and booklets in a go bag. The staff at each floor was attentive and were very curious to understand our style and needs without being salesy or pushy. I loved this experience and I will be back to experience the dining aspects of the store.

  RH London is truly a treat for the soul, the eyes and the imagination. I’ve visited many times, and somehow every corner continues to delight — from the rooftop restaurant and bars to the coffee area and the beautiful interiors. There is something about the whole place that makes you want to linger and look around. I’ve also eaten at the restaurant several times, and my most recent visit with my sister was particularly lovely. Olivia, who looked after us, made all the difference. I’ve had mixed experiences with the service at RH, but Olivia set a standard that would definitely make me want to return to the restaurant. Her warmth, attentiveness and genuine hospitality turned a lovely visit into a memorable one.

  The store is beautiful - exceptional decor settings in room after room. But people make places memorable. For us that person is Olivia. She was waiting our table at the restaurant and her attention , smile and care made our afternoon memorable and special. Big thanks to Olivia and to RH for creating this beautiful space. For fellow visitors - look out for her because not everyone at the restaurant has Olivia standards.
