Most importantly no one seems to be able to commit when it will come....

The staff are proactive in wanting to assist customers and make an effort to help without being pushy. A special thank you to Irfan, who helped us with our first purchase. He was incredibly friendly, professional and knowledgeable, and made the whole process seamless. We later had to change our bed due to a measuring mishap on our part, and store manager Jonathan and Adam were equally fantastic. They were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, and made the swap completely straightforward after showing us alternative options and measuring them for us. It’s nice to experience such consistently great customer service. Now expecting delivery and installation to be just as smooth!
