He repeatedly pressured me to consider the Actigel mattress, even after I told him that I had already tried it and preferred other ranges. When I said this, he rolled his eyes and asked, “Why not?” After that, his attitude became passive-aggressive. He kept pushing me to make a decision immediately and rolled his eyes several times while I was speaking. I felt very uncomfortable and eventually decided to leave. I thanked him before leaving the store, but he immediately turned his back on me and walked away without saying anything.

Michael went above and beyond to ensure smooth delivery and took care to explain the 100 Nights Trial in full, so we felt completely confident in our purchase. When my mother decided she wanted to change her mattress, Michael handled the process seamlessly and with great patience — and he also helped her choose a headboard that was both practical and comfortable for her. His product knowledge is outstanding, and his warmth and professionalism made what could have been a stressful experience genuinely enjoyable. Our Sleep Experts in-store can walk you through the application. You will be required to pay 20% of your order as a deposit, after a successful application.

It certainly is. Contact us at least 72 hours prior to delivery and we can add recycling to your order. It is fast, convenient and environmentally friendly. We disassemble and utilise every single part possible and all other waste is turned into green energy.
