We had to call on day of delivery to ask where our delivery was to be told that it isn't coming until 1 Sept. We have no bed for our kids and we're in the middle of a move. If we hadn't called the store we would never have found out that the bed wasn't going to be delivered.

When we came back after measuring the space at home, we found that the mattress were £500 more expensive. The staff spoke to their managers, but none of them could resolve an issue that was clearly not my fault. They didn’t even offer a small discount or something as simple as a free pillow as a goodwill gesture. I expected much more from a big company like yours and after spend 3k at your shop

It certainly is. Contact us at least 72 hours prior to delivery and we can add recycling to your order. It is fast, convenient and environmentally friendly. We disassemble and utilise every single part possible and all other waste is turned into green energy.
