  Misleading pricing and poor customer service (which I see is the exact same title as from another guy a few reviews ago, so I guess this is a consistent failing.) Apart from the somewhat annoying fact that of the five or six mattresses, beds and sofa beds we were hoping to try out, not a single one was present in store, and when we asked about delivery times, the salesperson politely said "go online and figure it out yourself", our main issue was that we tried to buy a roll-up mattress in a "bin" of 3 or 4 of them in the store....which had a sale label on it making it almost half price.....after waiting at least 5 minutes for them to process the transaction, the salesperson said "oh sorry, this mattress is for display purposes only, we don't actually sell them". Obviously this is nonsense, those mattresses all have price labels on them and are not "on display" but rolled up in plastic, ready for cash and carry. I'm guessing the sale price was no longer valid and they were embarrassed to say that, and didn't want to honour it. Well, the result was that we didn't buy 3 pillows, a mattress protector and that mattress, we just walked out....nor will we buy the £1500 bed and mattress combo we were interested in, nor we will never return. If the first experience is one of incompetence and laziness, then it's a risky business to buy from, and should be avoided.

  Terrible service, no solutions provided from the store manager. We had to call on day of delivery to ask where our delivery was to be told that it isn't coming until 1 Sept. We have no bed for our kids and we're in the middle of a move. If we hadn't called the store we would never have found out that the bed wasn't going to be delivered.

  Although the staff who helped us were wonderful and incredibly attentive, the prices of the mattresses we tried and decided to buy had not been updated to match the website prices ( we didn’t even look anything online ) . When we came back after measuring the space at home, we found that the mattress were £500 more expensive. The staff spoke to their managers, but none of them could resolve an issue that was clearly not my fault. They didn’t even offer a small discount or something as simple as a free pillow as a goodwill gesture. I expected much more from a big company like yours and after spend 3k at your shop

  Rubella was really kind and helpful and assisted me in buying a mattress i could take home today, can’t thank her enough 💕 However there was an employee sprawled across one of the mattresses upstairs asleep which really caught me off guard, seemed super unprofessional and offputting 🫠
