- SSSheenaSep 24, 20261.0TERRIBLE SERVICE! Made an order in mid July with Mohammed and was told it would arrive mid to end of September. We didnt hear a single thing from them, no communication at all for us to phone today to find out that the bed isnt in stock and it will be available in November?!? So if they were aware that it was out of stock but due to arrive anytime now, they couldn't make a courtesy call to inform us?? Unprofessional and unreliable. Spend your money somewhere else.

Called on 24/09 to be advised the bed still isn’t in stock and they can’t guarantee a delivery before mid November. No phone call/email updates from any member of staff in the branch and only found this out when I called to chase. Didn’t offer any potential alternatives for there error/delay. Will be getting a full refund and taking my money elsewhere. Would strongly recommend not using this branch as if you have any issues, you won’t receive any updates until you chase them.

He is very knowledgeable in beds, and never responds rudely regardless of how many questions we ask. He makes sure to help us get the bed in our budget. More staff like this will make shopping at Dreams a better experience.

It certainly is. Contact us at least 72 hours prior to delivery and we can add recycling to your order. It is fast, convenient and environmentally friendly. We disassemble and utilise every single part possible and all other waste is turned into green energy.
