- SBShahid BabarSep 5, 20261.0I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with Dreams’ customer service. The level of service I experienced was absolutely unacceptable for a company of this size. I called customer service last night and was left waiting for 2 HOURS without getting through to anyone. Two hours! This is completely unacceptable. On top of that, the online chat is constantly showing as unavailable, so there appears to be virtually no practical way to actually speak to someone when you need help. Customers should not have to waste hours of their time simply trying to get through to customer service. If Dreams is happy to take customers’ money, it should also be capable of providing basic customer support afterwards. This experience has been disgustingly bad and has completely changed my opinion of Dreams. Good products mean very little when the customer service is this poor. I strongly hope Dreams takes this seriously and improves its customer service because this level of treatment is simply not acceptable.
