Billy, Laud and Mo who all provided excellent customer service during my recent visit. Billy greeted me as i stepped in the store with a warm smile, he introduced himself. He was incredibly helpful and patient, taking the time to talk me through the different mattress options without ever feeling pushy. He listened to what I was looking for and offered genuinely useful advice, and even kindly offered me a pillow during my visit. A small touch that made a real difference. Laud was friendly and knowledgeable, and made the whole process feel relaxed and straightforward. Nothing felt rushed, and he answered all my questions clearly. Mo went above and beyond to ensure everything was sorted properly, from product details through to next steps, and was a pleasure to deal with throughout. All three were a credit to the branch, and their combined efforts made for a thoroughly pleasant shopping experience. I’d happily recommend the Charlton store to friends and family based on the service received.
