  Mohammed was a superstar when it comes to bed and mattress advice. Very respectful and patient over multiple visits, knowing when to lean in to support and when to leave us be, all until we made a decision on what to purchase. Couldn’t recommend any better place or person for it!

  Bought a firm single mattress 2 years ago for £800 and now its a sinking trap to the point that my back is so much lower than my neck and feet, my brother has also bought firm king size mattress for £1800 same week as me and his mattress is also a swallowing sink hole, we both have back and neck pain as a result. Don’t bother spending a lot in there for bad quality over priced mattresses. We really regret spending so much money on such poor quality. Go elsewhere if want mattress that lasts over a year.

  I came in and was welcomed by a Gentleman Billy , Lord and Dean . Lovely and professional gentleman. They took time to help us in choose ing the perfect bed and mattress. Very helpful considering my wife back pain. They are so helpful I recommend them for customers

  Feedback for Dreams Beds, Charlton Branch I’d like to share some positive feedback regarding three members of staff at the Charlton branch. Billy, Laud and Mo who all provided excellent customer service during my recent visit. Billy greeted me as i stepped in the store with a warm smile, he introduced himself. He was incredibly helpful and patient, taking the time to talk me through the different mattress options without ever feeling pushy. He listened to what I was looking for and offered genuinely useful advice, and even kindly offered me a pillow during my visit. A small touch that made a real difference. Laud was friendly and knowledgeable, and made the whole process feel relaxed and straightforward. Nothing felt rushed, and he answered all my questions clearly. Mo went above and beyond to ensure everything was sorted properly, from product details through to next steps, and was a pleasure to deal with throughout. All three were a credit to the branch, and their combined efforts made for a thoroughly pleasant shopping experience. I’d happily recommend the Charlton store to friends and family based on the service received.
