  Excellent service from Ericka when I came here on a Sunday afternoon a few weeks ago: - Helped me use Dreams' Sleepmatch technology to identify the type of mattress that would suit me. - Indulged me as I spent a good 90 minutes trialling different mattresses; she left me to browse in peace but made herself available for any questions. - Gave me helpful recommendations based on my specifications and budget. Got my new mattress delivered just over a month ago, which was also a really easy process.

  recently purchased a mattress and bed frame from Dreams and I couldn’t be happier with the experience from start to finish. The customer advisor, Khary, provided outstanding service throughout the whole process. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely took the time to help me find the perfect setup for my needs. Khary made the entire experience feel easy and stress-free, answering all my questions with confidence and making sure I was comfortable with my choice before purchasing. His customer service went above and beyond what I expected, and it’s rare to come across someone so dedicated and helpful. The quality of both the mattress and bed frame is excellent, and I’m extremely happy with my purchase. I would highly recommend Dreams to anyone looking for great products and even better customer service.

  What a pleasant experience it was to meet the young lady at Dreams Catford who helped me purchase my new mattress. Her attention to detail and her willingness to explain the entire procedure regarding delivery and the financial details was excellent. She would make a great manager with her brilliant communication skills. Well done Kezie-Ann and thank you for being so helpful.

  Had a lovely experience with Kezie-Anne, she was incredibly helpful when I had visited the store to purchase a mattress. She used the sleepmatch machine to assess the best mattress for me, she then advised me of best one for my sleep needs as well as a bed to go with it and was just generally lovely throughout the entire visit! She talked me through how payment would work, delivery details and the next steps going forward. Overall had an amazing experience as I would usually go online to purchase a mattress without testing one in store let alone finding out my ‘sleep needs’ but Kezie-Anne made the entire process an actual joy! Even made me a lovely coffee while we finalised details bless her, would definitely recommend.
