He was friendly, not pushy, just a nice guy and extremely knowledgeable about all the different beds and their features etc. And managed to get us our mattress delivered that afternoon! Unfortunately the customer service survey after the sale does not work, so we could not leave feedback via the official route but felt the urge to do so somewhere. Someone needs to fix the online form for the sales reps who are probably getting no feedback. Great job Umar!

It certainly is. Contact us at least 72 hours prior to delivery and we can add recycling to your order. It is fast, convenient and environmentally friendly. We disassemble and utilise every single part possible and all other waste is turned into green energy.
