  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an outstanding experience at Dreams Beckton, thanks to David! We originally visited the store just to compare different beds side by side before placing an online order, as the website was showing a 4-day delivery. However, David was so charming, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful that he completely changed our minds. He took the time to answer all our questions without any pressure, making the whole experience enjoyable and giving us the confidence to place our order there and then. Although the in-store delivery estimate was longer, up to twi weeks, than online option, David kept his promise, and everything happened exactly as he said. The delivery arrived on time, the process was smooth and professional. Our Duxford K Ottoman Bed looks absolutely fantastic and is as expected. Thank you, David, for your excellent customer service. You are a real credit to the Dreams Beckton team. Highly recommended!

  I am super pleased with my purchases from Dreams. The bed and mattress are super comfy and also affordable. I also cannot forget to call out the amazing customer service I received from David in the Beckton branch. He was very patient, showed good knowledge of the products and quite persuasive. Thanks David for making every effort to make my decisions less stressful and worthwhile.

  I recently returned to Dreams to buy a bed frame and mattress, and I received excellent service from David. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to understand what I was looking for. David explained the different options clearly, answered all of my questions, and helped me find the right bed and mattress without any pressure. His professionalism and customer service made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. I would highly recommend speaking with David if you visit Dreams. Thank you for all your help!

  I visited dreams in becton today and was greeted by Aslam. He was very polite and attentive to me, I am very indecisive but he was very patient with me. We decided on a bed and a beautiful mattress that i was very please with am Aslam managed to get me a discount to! I am so please with his service and would recommend this store to anyone. Thankyou Aslam!!! ☺️

  I visited Dreams recently and was assisted by David, and I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. I walked in looking for advice on a new mattress due to ongoing back and sleep issues. David immediately made me feel welcome and took the time to understand my situation. He guided me through the sleep analysis machine, explained the results clearly, and then showed me several mattress options that suited both my needs and my budget. What stood out most was his knowledge, patience, and genuine willingness to help. He explained the benefits of each mattress in detail without making me feel pressured, which gave me the confidence to make a decision. Even though I wasn't planning on purchasing that day, his expertise and excellent customer service made the whole process easy and enjoyable. He even offered me a glass of water while we completed the paperwork, which was a thoughtful touch and really added to the overall experience. David went above and beyond, secured me a great deal, and provided some of the best customer service I've received in a long time. Dreams is lucky to have him on the team. 10/10 service. If promotions are being handed out, David deserves one! Thank you again for all your help.
