  The service I received at feather and Black was totally awesome. Tamara was extremely helpful and showed me almost every bed in the showroom and helped me to decide which was the best one. And she did a great deal. I highly recommend the store.

  We went to view a few products in person after seeing them online. Chanel was really proactive and helpful. We’re yet to decide on purchasing but if we do, it will definitely be down to her.

  Chanel was fantastic throughout our purchase. She made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived, offered us refreshments, and took the time to explain all the options clearly. Her advice was knowledgeable and helpful, but she never pressured us—allowing us to make the right decision with confidence. Excellent service all round.
