  You need AC!!! Had a great experience, service wise, from Tamara and Chanel but my goodness the shop is SO HOT I couldn’t even continue with my discussions as I had to leave. Lying on a bed whilst hot and sweaty is less than ideal at the best of times, let alone when you’re shopping for a new mattress. I really hope this gets picked up as you will definitely lose customers due to the heat of the store. I should add, it’s too hot for your staff to work there too - I was genuinely concerned about their welfare. I feel mean only putting 2 stars when the service was excellent but I fear nothing will be done otherwise.

  Tasneem was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She made me feel so comfortable and welcomed, and I never felt rushed at any point. She gave me all the time I needed to try different beds, answered every question with patience, and genuinely cared about helping me find what was right for me rather than just making a sale. Her kindness, professionalism, and friendly attitude made the whole experience so enjoyable. It’s rare to come across someone who provides such genuine customer service, and she really went above and beyond. I’ll definitely be coming back because of the wonderful experience she gave me.   0 stars would be more appropriate. I waited 2+ months for the delivery date, and it passed with no bed. Seems like they lost the order in some sort of “system update”. Mind you this was after I received confirmation several times the order would be delivered, even given a 2 hour window! A new date was offered 2+ months in the future? Embarrassing. I’d rather sleep on the floor frankly, sounds like a more comfortable experience.
