  Used Safe store to drop off a DHL parcel, the young lady at the front.t desk Isheka was more than helpful, she was an absolute gem, I overheard her colleague with another customer and was equally as helpful. Even though I didn't use the storage services I, definitely would as long as the staff are as accommodating as the ladies today.

  The receptionist at the desk, Ly-Anne, was very knowledgeable, kind and very helpful. The customer experience at this particular store is exemplary and only wish the other 6 branches I use could provide a half decent service to this one. Well done!

  Safestore is so easy to leave your luggage with. We dropped off 2 suitcases 6 weeks ago and the 2 ladies at reception were fantastic Couldn’t have been more helpful and what’s more important is that the smiled and obviously love their job. I highly recommend them

  I had a great experience at Safestore Feltham. The service was excellent from start to finish. A special thank you to Anne and Isheka at the front desk, who were both incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. They made the whole process easy and stress-free with their welcoming attitude and excellent customer service. I really appreciate all of their help and would definitely use Safestore Feltham again in the future. Thank you again for such a positive experience

  I’ve been using this self-storage facility for a while now, and I honestly couldn’t recommend it more. Every time I walk in, the team already knows me by name, which makes the whole experience feel so welcoming and personal. The ladies in the office are always friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. They already know when I’ve received a delivery and have everything ready for me to collect, making the whole process quick and hassle-free. It’s that level of service that keeps me coming back. A special shout-out to the birthday girl as well—Happy Birthday! 🎉 I hope you had an amazing day. Thank you all for always going above and beyond. You’re an absolute credit to the business!
