  On 14 August, I had the pleasure of being assisted by Payal while loading my unit at Safestore Hanworth. She was incredibly kind, attentive and polite throughout the entire process. Beyond her friendly approach, she demonstrated excellent professionalism and a thorough knowledge of the facility, including unit numbers, sizes, and pricing. Her customer service was outstanding and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I would highly recommend Safestore Hanworth and will certainly be recommending it to others.

  I received impeccable service from Punch. He was incredibly patient and went above and beyond to assist me. From the moment I arrived, he made me feel valued. When he realised I was at the wrong service point for DHL, he didn’t simply turn me away. Instead, he took the time to look up nearby locations that were likely to provide the service I needed. That level of care and initiative is rare and truly appreciated. Punch is an outstanding example of what excellent customer service should look like. His professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help make him a tremendous asset to Safestore. Thank you, Punch, for such an exceptional experience!

  Safestore Hanworth were great when we first signed up, offering excellent customer service and making us feel valued as customers. Unfortunately, that positive experience did not continue when our lease came to an end. We asked for a simple one-day extension in order to help us move, but the request was met with a firm refusal and no flexibility whatsoever. I appreciate that the company may have been acting within its terms and conditions, but truly good customer service is about finding reasonable ways to help customers, not just quoting the rules. The lack of understanding and flexibility at the end of our tenancy overshadowed what had otherwise been a positive experience. Because of this, I would be hesitant to use Safestore again and would not recommend them based on my experience.
