  Very disappointing experience with Safestore. I have found them to be unhelpful, dismissive and at times quite rude when trying to resolve issues with my account. The pricing is also becoming increasingly expensive, with costs seeming to go up regularly. After being a customer for a long time, I expected much better communication, transparency and customer service. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I have lost trust in how my account and charges have been handled. When a customer raises genuine concerns about payments or charges, they should be properly investigated rather than making the customer feel ignored. I would strongly recommend checking all charges and pricing carefully before committing, especially if you are planning to store with them long term. Very disappointing customer service and overall experience.
