My wife and I lay on a separate bed that was plugged into some sort of hi tech machine. It measured us , weighed us , adjusted the actual mattress to our form and then recommended some mattresses for us to try . This machine, and the expert (Scotty) then recommended a few different mattresses taking into account my chronic pain. We even got a cup of coffee ! Scotty was super informative and genuinely recognised my pain symptoms due to my current mattress . He is the sole reason we purchased that mattress today . He spent so much time and we must have tried at least 10 different ones before finding an absolute incredible tempur mattress . Can't wait for it to be delivered !! Thanks guys and thanks Scotty !!
