- PSphillip storrAug 3, 20261.0Went to buy new bed from dreams,everything was OK until cancelling the delivery date due to room not been ready only to find they had tried to deliver it,but somehow the delivery driver signed it as been delivered Tried to phone customer service,but they weren't that helpful, finally spoke to someone ,who gave back 200 from the cost as a way of compensation as they hadn't told delivery people, Then tried to get another delivery date ,but surprisingly that bed was out of stock,in the end ordered anew bed which is supposed to be comimg(so is Christmas) then to top this they are trying to push to spend the 200 pound in their shop,even though it was compensated back as their big big error,times must be hard,let's wait and see what happens when it comes,maybe scratches up the wall or other damages,up to now 1 star is way to good,never again after this one is delivered, I suppose the review and reply will be AI generated

Buying the bed took longer than we anticipated and went past the time that Scott and Chris should have been working but they made us feel that this was not a problem at all.
